Welcome to the Play Museum!
(formerly known as Play/Music)
Play/Music has always been more than just music—it began with a blend of music and playful learning experiences that inspired creativity. Over time, we added even more opportunities for hands-on exploration with maker activities, STEM, and art-expanding beyond our original vision. So, we’ve reimagined our space as the Play Museum, where music, science, art, and play come together to spark curiosity and engage kids and families in new ways.
Come explore at the Play Museum!
What is a Play Museum?
A Play Museum is a vibrant, interactive space designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning in children and families. Unlike a traditional museum where you only observe exhibits, a Play Museum invites visitors to actively explore, play, and make things themselves.
Imagine a place filled with rooms for activities, creative workshops, and special zones featuring all kinds of interactive exhibits. From building with Legos to experimenting with science toys, visitors have endless opportunities to tinker, invent, and discover.
What about the Hallway of Curiosity?
In our Play Museum, visitors might also enter the Hallway of Curiosity, packed with kinetic sculptures, illusions, and fascinating objects designed to inspire wonder.

What is the Makers Lab?
The Maker’s Lab is a separate room that's connected to the Play Museum. Its dedicated space for , hands-on creating, building, and experimenting with all kinds of tools and technology. This room is is full of equipment, including 3D printers, laser cutters, vinyl cutters, printers, and building/crafting supplies. Kids and adults can dive into projects ranging from electronics to woodworking or even flow painting, and learn skills like using tools and graphic design software in a playful, creative environment.
And where is Play/Music??
Meanwhile, Play/Music lessons take place in the Music Section of the Play Museum. This part of the museum is dedicated to musical exploration, offering lessons on various instruments, creative music theory, and unique color-based methods to make learning music fun and engaging. Here, students have access to pianos, guitars, and many other instruments, all with a colorful setup to make music learning come alive.

Are they all connected?
Both areas are part of the larger Play Museum experience, with the Maker’s Lab focusing on hands-on making and building, and the Music Section dedicated to musical creativity. The two rooms are connected via the Hallway of Curiosity, allowing visitors to flow between activities and explore a variety of skills, from music to invention.

This mix of fun and learning makes a Play Museum the perfect place for both families and individuals looking to play, learn, and make memories together. This is a space where curiosity and creativity come to life, giving everyone a chance to play, learn, and create!
